the NADCAP certificate for the FPI process

The certificate was awarded by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), the most important certifying institution in the aviation industry.   The NADCAP certificate, recognized by leading aviation, aeronautical and armaments companies, confirms the competence and high quality of FPI research. It opens the possibility of cooperation with Polish and foreign producers of products for the aviation industry.   NADCAP is a global cooperation program for industrial companies, aimed at improving and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the management of special processes.

  The Performance Review Institut (PRI) was appointed to administer NADCAP accreditations for special processes and aerospace products.

Fluorescent penetration process is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method that helps in locating and identifying surface defects in order to reveal defects potentially causing failure, in correcting production problems and increasing product homogeneity.

It is a quick and accurate process of locating surface defects, such as shrinkage cracks, porosity, rolling, fatigue cracks, grinding cracks, hardening cracks, welds, forging, forging cracks, leaks and lack of penetration.

This process is effective for a variety of porous and non-porous materials: aluminum, magnesium, brass, copper, titanium, bronze, stainless steel, carbide, non-magnetic alloys, ceramics, plastics and glass.
