1. The administrator of your personal data provided in the registration form is Soldream Polska Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Błonie at Grodziska 15, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000151886 by the District Court in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, using the NIP number: 9521767714, hereinafter: “Administrator”.

2. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent to which it is granted as a result of the acceptance of the Regulations and for the processing of which your data is necessary.

3. Your personal data are processed only for purposes related to the content of your inquiry or statement and to take the necessary actions to implement your inquiry, order or offer.4. Providing personal data is not mandatory, however, if you do not provide them, you will not be able to answer your inquiry, order or offer.

5. Your data will be stored no longer than it is necessary, i.e. for the period needed to answer your inquiry, order or offer, or until the expiry of the period of limitation of any claims arising from the cooperation.

6. The administrator will provide your data to recipients dealing with the substantive scope of your inquiry, order or offer.

7. Due to the fact that we use the services of other providers, for example in the field of ICT services, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. In this case, it will always be done in such a way as to ensure the security of your data – for example based on standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.

8. You have the right to demand from the Administrator access to their data, rectification, transfer and deletion, as well as the right to limit data processing.

II. Types of cookies used

1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software onto User’s Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User.
